About Schedify
Schedify is a productivity application designed to help university students organize their academic life.
Guest Mode: Most academic productivity features and browsing features are available without creating an account.
An account is only required when a user wants to publish a product or course advertisement on the Student Store.

This Privacy Policy explains how Schedify, operated by GerBal, collects, stores, uses, and protects information when you use the application.
We aim to minimize the collection of personal information and separate local productivity data from account and marketplace data.

Schedify can be used in Guest Mode without creating an account.
When an account is created or marketplace content is published, the following information may be processed:
- Name
- Email address
- Profile picture
- Product listings and their images
- Course listings and their images
- Information contained in reports submitted by users, where applicable
- Official advertisements published by Schedify administration
We do not intentionally collect academic productivity information stored locally in the application.

Local Data
Schedify stores academic productivity information locally on your device using SQLite.
This information is not intentionally transmitted to our servers.
Server Data
Account information, marketplace listings, and related images are stored on our server infrastructure hosted on Contabo.
The server infrastructure uses Node.js, PostgreSQL, and server-side file storage for the operation of Schedify.
Because some productivity data is stored locally, uninstalling the application may result in data loss.

Schedify does not sell or rent users' personal information.
Information submitted to Schedify is processed only as necessary to operate the application.
Marketplace contact information may be used to allow interested users to contact the listing owner outside the application.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information stored and processed by Schedify.
However, no software, server, network, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

The Student Store allows users to browse advertisements for products and courses.
An authenticated account is required to publish a product or course advertisement.
Users may delete or manage their own published products and courses through the application.
Schedify is not a marketplace payment processor.
Schedify does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, availability, legality, ownership, or safety of products or courses published by users.

By installing, accessing, or using Schedify, you agree to use the application responsibly.
Permitted Use
Schedify is provided as a productivity, academic organization, and student marketplace platform.
Prohibited Use
- Do not use Schedify for unlawful purposes.
- Do not publish fraudulent, misleading, illegal, harmful, or inappropriate products or courses.
- Do not publish content that infringes the rights of another person or organization.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, disrupt, or compromise the application or its infrastructure.
- Do not impersonate another person or use another person's information without authorization.
8. User Responsibility
Schedify is a productivity and organizational tool.
Users are responsible for entering accurate information.
Users are also responsible for the accuracy and legality of any products or courses they publish.

Schedify provides a reporting mechanism that allows users to report products or courses.
Reports may be reviewed by the Schedify administration.
Submitting a report does not guarantee that the reported content will be removed.

What Is Deleted
When an account deletion request is processed, the account and associated user data are deleted.
User-owned products, courses, and other associated user content are removed as part of the account deletion process.
Data That May Be Retained
Some records may be retained where technically or legally necessary.
Official advertisements are not considered user-owned content.
